I have tried my password too many times and now I am blocked.
a. Clear your cache, cookies, close the browser and try again otherwise the block will reset automatically after 20 mins.
I can only see a number of files shared with me. Where are the records I need for my case?
a. Are you looking at the correct company? Click the drop-down box to see your available companies.
b. Use our search feature to find the folder that you are looking for.
c. Browse files manually – [Files folder graphic here] – You may be looking at your Dashboard which only shows you a selection of your files. To see all of your files please navigate through to your files menu..
I cannot view the radiology.
Some of the larger series within the CTs/MRIs may not always display correctly using online viewers. These can be downloaded to your PC and viewed with other software.
ONLINE – Online viewing means that you are able to view x‐rays, ultrasounds, CTs or MRIs without the need for a disc or any special software. We suggest that you access this site using the latest version of Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, as other browsers such as Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari may not produce the same results. To view the images on the Archive Bureau, click on the image. The image will open in your current window. If you would like to open the image in a different window or tab, right click and select your preferred option.
DOWNLOADING – To access the images via your chosen software, you will need to download the images onto your computer. You can do this by selecting the images you would like to download, and then selecting download at the top of the screen. You will then be prompted to save the files to your computer where you can access them with your chosen software. If you do not have software on your computer to view the radiology, there are several free viewers that are available, such as MicroDicom https://www.microdicom.com/downloads.html
The records are not showing as downloaded
Some browsers may show your download is still in progress even though this has been completed. Please check your computers download folder.
I have signed in but unable to load TAB.
a. Shut down the browser completely. Reopen it retype: www.archivebureau.com/ and then hit Shift Enter.
